Feb  
SPIL’s special shareholders’ meeting resolved to exchange shares with ASE and agree for ASE to apply for establishment of the “ASE Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as the “new holding company”). The new holding company will acquire all of the shares issued by ASE and SPIL. Upon completion of the share exchange, ASE and SPIL will become the wholly owned subsidiaries of the new holding company at the same time, and ASE and SPIL will be delisted from TWSE.
